Discounted standard charges apply per transaction:

  • Legal: 2.5%
  • Admin: 5

Yes – putting up an initial structure would automatically qualify you for the mortgage plan, but it is required that a 20% deposit is made first.

We have a non-refund policy that applies to all payment made.

We offer a flexible payment plan; an Initial 50% and the remaining balance is spread for 3years.

We will issue –

i.  a provisional letter of allocation upon subscription payment

ii. a deed of sale upon completion of final payment

The deed of sale grants you ownership not only of land but of the property sitting on it.

Deed of assignment is typically only for land transactions.

Yes – annual service charges to maintain common areas and provide for pro-rata contributions for security, cleaning, garbage disposal, gardening and other common services. Subscribers are also responsible for taxes and government levies on their assigned lots.

We can share the estate layout with you. However please note that lot allocations are based on payment completions within time. If you have chosen a certain lot but fail to complete your lot payment within your pre-agreed period, the lot can be allocated to someone else while you are moved elsewhere. This is to ensure that the overall project is delivered on schedule.

Yes. There are options:

  • Standard – 200sqm
  • Premium – 400sqm
  • Luxury – 600sqm
  • You may find that your family is outgrowing the unit you have subscribed to and you now wish to move to one of our terrace units or another model at one of our other locations. If the unit you prefer is available, we can assist in helping you to sell your option following which you can add the difference for the desired unit (if applicable) and move.
  • In most cases, we will charge a moving fee which will cover repairs in your current unit in addition to your option.

Yes, limited internal adjustments can be made under two circumstances:

  1. Previs contractors can make the requested changes and bill the subscriber accordingly based on agreement.
  2. Previs can allow the subscribers’ contractor to make the requested changes upon approval by Previs engineers and under their supervision.

You will be placed on our waiting list, following which one of two things may happen:

  • There may be primary buyers willing to resell their option to you. In this case, we will negotiate on your behalf and provide you with the sellers offer. If acceptable, you will pay the seller’s option price and then resume your lease with the estate.
  • You can select from future or on-going projects.

You can buy to let. The amount for a projected let is between N1.5m – 3.5m depending on the type of unit you own.

When you pay the initial subscription fee, you would be required to fill a form indicating your preferred ownership model and product.
